Photography Services Agreement

Known as "Provider" -
Surf @ The Beach Desing (SATBD),
Angi Lund, angi.lund@gmail.com, (307) 630-0826, Pine Bluffs, WY
and
Known as "Client" -

Purpose of the Agreement
The Client wishes to hire The Provider to provide services for Professional Headshots as detailed in this
Agreement. The provider has agreed to provide such services according to the terms of this Agreement.
Terms
Services + Products
Provider shall provide Client with the following services and or products ("Services"):
​
1) Exclusive reservation for your session date/time on my calendar
2) Up to 30 minutes of session time
3) Participation for One individual
4) One location within Cheyenne, WY
5) Outfit changes as desired, within the allotted amount of session time
6) Pre-session style, wardrobe, and vision consult over the phone if desired
7) Access to a private online gallery of 5 professionally and creatively edited images, available within 72 hours from
session date/time
8) Download access is included for ALL watermark-free, professionally edited, high-resolution digital images from
private online gallery
9) Printing/sharing rights for personal use
Location, Participants, and Delivery of Services

Location. Provider shall deliver Services to Client at the following location(s): Cheyenne - Exact Location TBD
Delivery of Services. The provider will provide all Services on Date TBD at Time TBD unless otherwise specified in this
Agreement. When the provided Services are tied to the number of guests or participants that the Client expects to attend
Client's wedding, event, or portrait session, Client agrees to disclose to Provider an accurate guest count.
Participants. Please list the full names of all individuals who are expected to participate in this session, and make a note of
any minors:
